Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:        
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 362(HES)                                                
"An Act relating to the statute of limitations for actions brought            
upon a child support judgment; and establishing the crime of                   
aiding the nonpayment of child support."                                       
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
